Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to Perfume Gallery! We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • The item must also include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Timeframe:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.

Process:

  1. To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@perfumegallery.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

Refunds

Inspection:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will happily replace it. Please contact us at support@perfumegallery.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Shipping

Return Shipping Costs:

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
  • For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Shipping Costs Refunds:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders

  • For international returns, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges, including duties, taxes, and customs fees.
